General Terms and Conditions of Camping Quinta Valbom – 2026




1. Applicability


These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Camping Quinta Valbom and the guest regarding the rental of a campsite and/or accommodation (furnished bell tent or tiny house).




2. Reservation and Payment


2.1 Reservation: A reservation is definitive after confirmation by Camping Quinta Valbom and prepayment of 25%.


2.2 Prepayment and final payment: For reservations from €250 and for all rental accommodations, we request a prepayment of 25% of the total amount to be paid immediately upon reservation (within 7 days). The remaining balance must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to arrival on account number: PT50 0035 0240 0002 8159 23016 (Camping Quinta Valbom).




3. Use of the site and facilities


3.1 Check-out: Check-out of the campsite or accommodation must take place before 11:00 am on the day of departure.


3.2 Cars: Cars are only allowed on the campsite or at the accommodation for loading and unloading. Thereafter, vehicles must be parked in the car park.


3.3 Fire and barbecue: It is prohibited to make open fires, dig or prune trees and shrubs. Due to fire safety reasons, open barbecuing is not allowed. Gas- or electric barbecues are permitted, provided with maximum caution.


3.4 Waste: Disposal of chemical waste is not possible. Waste must be offered separately in the designated waste bins on and around the terrain of Camping Quinta Valbom.




4. Liability


4.1 The use of the swimming pool and other facilities on the terrain of Camping Quinta Valbom is entirely at your own risk. Parents and supervisors are responsible for supervising their children.


4.2 Camping Quinta Valbom is not liable for theft, loss or damage to guests' property.




5. Cancellation


We advise the guest to claim any costs from a travel and/or cancellation insurance or calamity fund in case of cancellation, change or early departure.



  • In case of cancellation after reservation, 25% of the reservation amount is due (the prepayment).

  • In case of cancellation within 4 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation amount is due.

  • In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, the full reservation amount (100%) is due.




6. Camping Regulations Quinta Valbom


Below are a few important points. The complete camping regulations can be found in our brochure, which will be handed out upon arrival and on request available.



  • Rust times: After 22:00 pm it is quiet on the campsite.

  • Facilities: The swimming pool is open daily from 09:00 to 19:30 hours, unless otherwise stated. Glassware is not allowed at the swimming pool.

  • Food and drink: Own consumption is not permitted at the bar or on the terrace.

  • Pets: Pets are allowed for a fee, provided they have been previously announced and leashed.

  • Visitors: Visits from outside the campsite must be announced in advance.
