General Terms and Conditions Camping Quinta Valbom – 2026


1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Camping Quinta Valbom and the guest concerning the rental of a campsite pitch and/or accommodation (furnished bell tent or tiny house).


2. Reservation and Payment

2.1 Reservation: A reservation is final after confirmation by Camping Quinta Valbom and transfer of a deposit of 25% during the high season and for rental accommodations (not required for reservations in the low season).

2.2 Deposit and balance payment: For reservations in the high season and for our rental accommodations we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount to be paid immediately upon reservation (within 7 days). The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival to account number: PT50 0035 0240 0002 8159 23016 (Camping Quinta Valbom).


3. Use of the pitch and facilities

3.1 Check-out: Check-out of the campsite pitch or accommodation must be done before 11:00 on the day of departure.

3.2 Cars: Cars are only allowed on the campsite pitch or at the accommodation for loading and unloading. Afterwards vehicles must be parked in the parking area.

3.3 Fire and barbecue: It is forbidden to make open fires, to dig, or to prune trees and shrubs. Due to fire risk, open barbecuing is not permitted. Gas or electric barbecues are allowed, provided they are used with the greatest possible care.

3.4 Waste: Discharging chemical waste is not possible. Waste must be sorted and placed in the designated waste bins on and just outside the premises of Camping Quinta Valbom.


4. Liability

4.1 The use of the swimming pool and other facilities on the grounds of Camping Quinta Valbom is entirely at your own risk. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children.

4.2 Camping Quinta Valbom is not liable for theft, loss or damage to guests' property.


5. Cancellation

In case of cancellation, modification or early departure during the high season we advise the guest to claim any costs from a travel and/or cancellation insurance or emergency fund.

  • If cancellation occurs after reservation, 25% of the reservation amount is due (the deposit).
  • If cancellation occurs within 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the reservation amount is due.
  • If cancellation occurs within 7 days before arrival, the full reservation amount (100%) is due.


6. Camping Regulations Quinta Valbom

Below are some important points. The full camping regulations are included in our brochure, which is handed out upon arrival and available on request.

  • Quiet hours: After 22:00 the campsite must be quiet.
  • Facilities: The swimming pool is open daily from 09:00 to 19:00, unless otherwise stated. Glassware and smoking are not allowed at the pool.
  • Food & drink: Personal consumptions are not allowed at the bar or on the terrace.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed for a fee, provided they are declared in advance and leashed.
  • Visitors: Visits from outside the campsite must be reported in advance.
