Visit beautiful cities such as Amarante, Braga, Guimarães, Porto and authentic villages. Discover the surrounding nature and historical sights or vineyards in the area/the Douro valley for lunch or tasting. Cycle the Ecopista over an old railway line, along the Rio Tamega and stop for a snack/drink at one of the stations.

• Swim in the Rio Tamega with diving board and grassy beach (20 min, Mondim de Basto)
• Swim in the large lake near Fafe 30 min away (there is also Aquapark Fratelli)
• Swim in the lakes and waterfalls of Alvao Nature Park 45 min away (Piocas de Baixo/Rio Olo)
• Swim in the sea and surf an hour's drive away (Praia da Apúlia, Matosinhos)
